Zzzzzzzz

I suppose I shouldn't just leave E out of me blogs now but forget the flu too.

I suppose the flu is the biggest topic worldwide at the moment.

I don't know that much about pandemics .. a bit more about seasonal flu .. it's really quite a complicated subject really .. had my head goimg round in circles. I was reading about the known history of them. Doesn't give a clue about how this will go .. but I did get to know that the idea that it just wore itself out didn't really cover things. Well ar least not to some time in the future.

I think studying it and preparing the best you can is the best thing to do. I've decided .. though will check .. that boosting bits of me immune system isn't going to be too bad a thing to do for a few days even with my illness.

I've no idea what was available at that time to treat people generally if they were able to be treated but I do know that aspirin was around at that time and was possibly dished out in too higher doses and to children and teenagers when it shouldn't be as it possibly may cause other illnesses.

I've been a bit confused to read that vit c was used and did a lot of good cause I didn't think it was found til after the flu epidemic but I suppose people could've been boiling plants to make teas in some parts of the world .. this had been done for other illnesses .. scurvy for one .. which could've provided the vit c for kids .. it was children that were helped apparently so it might've been something to do with the amount of herbal vit c and body weight. I'm wondering if it was North American Indian medicine again like the osha root.

I have read that the illness was made so bad in individuals by vaccination but that doesn't sound correct because most of the people affected round the world wouldn't've had access to vaccination. This seems to've been touted by people trying to sell cures though.

They've had the opposite effect on me. I've come across the stranger tonics and cures through this evening's googling. There've been some quite amazing claims made by some people for things .. the good thing is that these often seem to be along side quite amazing stories that seem totally overblown.

I'm just looking for something that will dampen things down a bit to give my body a chance to fight back.

I haven't the slighest idea what will happen .. we shall see.

I'll do a few exercises tonight .. see if I can help my ribcage around a bit .. gentle ones .. a bit late for anything else. Touching toes and stretching upwards.
