Resting

Just relaxing I know the sneeze shifted things mere than would usually happen but I'm not too bad .. best to rest though. Got to wait while my meds sort themselves out too ... unfortunately it doesn't happen overnight ... though I will be trying some completely new treatment soon, rather than just mixing the amounts of medicines I'm already taking, which is what's happening at the moment.

Am drinking more too as I guess I was becoming a bit dehydrated even with all the water I down with me meds.
