Dolphin snouts in your ears

Have been too tired to do much myself really lately .. am almost dozing off again now, I just sleep when I can. Am going to get in touch with my assigned nurse about it all next week. Just sorting things out again. Have started today.

Stayed in today as I have got a bit of a bug which is affecting my tummy so better to stay in and rest.

Do not know quite what to make of this. Found some "healing" sounds that I hadn't heard of before through a blog.

Have to say that she doesn't really give them the thumbs up as she said she woke up in a bad mood the morning after trying them .. though her "coach" had told her that if something like this happened she might just "have hit a chord that her soul needs to overcome." I wasn't sure if the chord was a play on words or not!!!! But, anyway, thought I'd try it out as free downloads are offered and apparently, this stuff can be expensive and I thought, if people are willing to pay for it and you can try it out first maybe it does have something going for it.

I have just turned the second track off .. maybe it's my cold but I had a bit of trouble getting into it and I really, really don't think it's for me .. we shall see how I feel tomorrow ... lol!!! But my feeling is it sounds shrill and discordant and maybe that's what all my poor brain feels too .. headache city. Kinda the opposite of meditation. There is no way I'm going to start imagining them because the actual sounds are too shrill. I'm afraid, with something like this, I'm a bit turned off by the "when the time is right you'll be drawn back to the tuning" too.
