I'm still quite tired .. just taken my last lot of meds .. don't know if they'll wake me up through cutting out some of the pain or just add to the tiredness. Will try and get to bed earlier tonight whatever I feel like .. can always read my book if I can't sleep.

Been watching videos of some of the UK singles chart groups of the 60 and early 70s and I still find it quite hard to get into the music that much. I seem to have times when I like it and then that just fades out again whereas I always like Country Joe, Quicksilver etc.

Been watching The Small Faces, Amen Corner, The Rolling Stones and The Zombies. Sometimes I really like the music and other times it just doesn't cut it for me. Really don't know why. Though maybe me cold's not helping at the moment.

Am listening to songs from The Jeff Beck Group's Truth which is one of my favourite albums of the time at the moment though.
