1. ujjayi

Finding something to put up here for the first exercise wasn't easy .. some videos were over simplified .. some the opposite. Anyway I chose this one eventually.

Anyway .. apparently ujjayi is the first part of Ravi Shankar's breathing technique. Whether it's longer .. shorter ... I don't know .. all the guy mentioned were the three techniques ,, this is the first one. There's plenty to read about it on the web anyway. Ujjayi .. not Ravi Shankar's exercise .. couldn't find out much about that til I found that forum and there wasn't much on there either.

As I said years ago the woman who told me about it said it had stopped her asthma .. though I've no idea how bad it was .. but she was very pleased about it.
