???
It looks as if something has changed on the site and maybe people who want to know what's going on should bypass the complaints team and go to head office.
Something is wrong.
I've now heard of someone who got in touch with the complaints team about this, writing five emails in all, none replied to until the last, when they were told their account was going to be closed .. it hasn't been.
I'm not easy about the person who this started up about but that seems not to be relevant over all in this. Nothing to do with what has actually happened.
It's just something that's started happening in the last week or so .. so what on earth is going on.
What's happening isn't right across the board .. I've been checking some profiles who they do know about for sure and if it was a new policy causing this along the lines it appears to be .. however odd .. these accounts would certainly be down. They're not. And, anyway, we'd've been told about it if it was surely. And, if it was a company policy, the person writing to them would've been told not told his account was going to be closed down ... lol!!! And they wouldn't've closed people's accounts without a warning over a change in the rules that no one had or has been told about.
Something is wrong and it looks as if the people who want to sort it out or get an explanation are going to have to get in touch with the guvs guvs. They need to know really cause this could turn out badly for them especially as children can open accounts there as long as they're not paying.
If there's more to it than meets the eye and they want this guy off the site with no further trouble they should tell people that he had broken the terms of membership.
It's all very strange. I think the problem is at the guvs end though I can't be sure .. best for people to get in touch with head office now I think and try and get the whole thing sorted out.
